Crunchy Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 to 4 Tbsp. herb and spice blend
    1 lb. flounder fillets
Preparation
    Combine
    mayonnaise
    and next 2 ingredients.
    Spread on both sides
    of
    fillets
    and
    coat
    with crushed corn flakes. Place fillets
    on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for
    10
    to
    15
    minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
