Ann K'S Version Of Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into large, bite size pieces
salt and pepper to taste
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
3 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 stacks butter crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
Combine soups, sour cream and chicken and warm.
Mix together 2 tablespoons of poppy seed, crushed crackers and margarine.
Layer about half of the crumb mixture in bottom of a casserole dish.
Pour chicken mixture over crumbs and spread evenly.
Spread rest of crumbs on top.
Sprinkle rest of poppy seed over this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown and bubbly (about 30 to 40 minutes).
