Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Sift flour and sugar together 5 times.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix egg whites, salt, cream of tartar, vanilla and almond extract for 3 minutes.
Add 1 1/3 cups sugar and beat 1 minute longer.
Turn to low speed and add flour mixture.
Slowly pour into tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
