Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round or beef heart
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. tomato juice or V-8 juice or skim milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Form into a loaf and place on microwave rack.
    Hollow out the center and place a custard cup in the center.
    Microwave on High 11 to 14 minutes.
    Turn halfway through cooking time.
