Lemon-Dill Chicken(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    6 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. dry white wine or water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed or 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
    2 green onions (with tops), sliced
Preparation
    Place margarine in rectangular dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch). Microwave, uncovered, on High 20 to 30 seconds until melted. Arrange chicken breast halves, thickest part to outside edges of dish in margarine.
    Cover tightly and microwave 4 minutes.
