Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    2 small jalapeno peppers, cut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
