Melty Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
4 oz. jar diced pimento
1/4 c. brewer's yeast flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
1/4 c. cashews
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Blend all until smooth.
Cook in heavy saucepan until thick, 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Great as dip for chips or as sauce.
