Chili Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. celery
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    28 oz. can whole tomatoes
    15 1/2 oz. can chili beans
    1 1/2 tsp. mild chili powder (more or less to taste)
    1 medium onion
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    salt and pepper
    4 oz. can diced green chiles
    2 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Cook hamburger until almost browned; drain grease.
    Add onion, celery, garlic and carrots.
    Season with salt and pepper; saute for 5 minutes.
    Drain any remaining grease.
    Add tomatoes, chiles and beans; simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Mix in macaroni. Add chili powder according to your family's taste.
