Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt butter and beat in eggs.
Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
Mix and then add cheese and spinach.
(Squeeze as much water out of thawed spinach as you can.) Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a little brown and solid.
Cool for 45 minutes and cut into 50 squares. After cutting, you may freeze on cookie sheet and transfer to bag. To reheat, bake at 325\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
