Cranberry-Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cranberry-raspberry sauce
2 medium Jonathan or other baking apples (2 c.), peeled and sliced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. bite-sized crispy rice cereal squares, crushed to measure 1 c.
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (4.5 oz.) pkg. buttermilk biscuits (6 per pkg.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In medium-sized saucepan, combine cranberry-raspberry sauce, apples, brown sugar and cornstarch, stirring to mix well.
Over medium-high heat, cook 5 minutes until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
Set aside.
