Dilled Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled, cooked and thinly sliced
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. dill (use more, if using fresh)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced or chopped
    about 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. or more to taste Nature's Seasons seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine mustard, vinegar, dill, mayonnaise and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
    Toss over potatoes and onions.
    Correct seasoning as necessary.
    Serves 6 to 8.
