Spinach Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Romano or any other cheese
    5 eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Parboil and drain spinach thoroughly. Blend with cottage cheese, 3/4 cup bread crumbs and Romano.
    In separate bowl, beat 3 eggs well and blend into spinach mixture.
