Rolled Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can button mushrooms
Preparation
    Wipe steak and sprinkle with flour.
    Pound extra flour into steak.
    Mix other ingredients and spread on steak, keeping mixture 1-inch from edge to prevent squeezing out.
    Roll steak, tie securely and roast in a slow oven (300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) for about 2 1/2 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
