Plain Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Put your
favorite icing on it.
It makes a good strawberry shortcake.
