Rum-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. light rum
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine egg, sugar, butter, milk, rum, raisins and vanilla.
    Stir until combined.
