Ham-Swiss Cheese Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. grated onions
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
6 large buns
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices boiled ham
Preparation
-
Cream butter, onion, mustard and poppy seed together.
Spread on cut side of buns.
Place slice of ham on bottom half of bun. Cover with slice of cheese.
Top with remaining half of bun.
Cook 3 sandwiches at a time for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in microwave oven.
Total cooking time:
about 5 minutes.
