Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
small to medium potatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour

Preparation

Melt butter in a baking pan.
Peel small to medium potatoes. Shake into plastic bag with cheese, salt and flour.
Place potatoes in the baking pan with melted butter.
Turn to coat with butter and bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Turn potatoes with fork when they are golden brown.
