Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. green onion (I use 1 c.)
4 oz. can green chilies (you can add jalapenos for hot)
1 tsp. lemon or lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cilantro
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Preparation

Mix all together. Better to sit overnight. I usually double.
