Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage in heavy skillet.
    Add celery, onion and pepper. Simmer until tender.
    Add broth, rice and seasonings and stir. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
