Alma'S Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bag apples
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 cans biscuits
Preparation
    Peel the apples and cut them into 4 pieces each, place in a large pot in water.
    Add the allspice and sugar, cook until apples are mushy.
    Take biscuits and roll until they are completely flat, add 1 heaping spoonful into the middle of each biscuit, fold together and seal the edges together with a fork.
    Put the apple fritters in oil until brown.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
