Butternut Squash Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
    1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 eggs, beaten (you can substitute Egg Beaters)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in a sprayed 1-quart casserole.
    Place in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until center is firm.
    Great with chicken or turkey.
