Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. graham crackers
    2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) container frozen Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate frosting mix
Preparation
    Beat pudding mix and milk until thick.
    Fold in thawed Cool Whip; blend well.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, put down a graham cracker layer, then spread pudding mixture on graham cracker layer.
    Layer graham crackers on top.
    Frost with chocolate icing.
    Chill 1/2 hour, then serve.
    Serves 8 to 15.
