Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
    peaches (fresh or canned)
    light bread
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, flour and margarine.
    Do not beat, will be sort of pasty.
    Put generous layer of peaches in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cut several slices of light bread in 2 inch strips.
    Lay closely over peaches, then pour paste mixture over bread and peaches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bread is slightly brown.
