Diet Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Squeeze cottage cheese dry in a piece of cheesecloth.
    Press through a sieve.
    Cut shortening into flour and salt until it looks like meal.
    Add cottage cheese and mix well with a fork until it forms a ball of dough.
    Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
    Bake in 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
    For a cream pie, bake shell at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
