Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup oil
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon of soda
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 can (small) crushed pineapple
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup walnuts (chopped)
    1 cup currants
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix.
    Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.
    Bake in large greased and floured cake pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
