Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. cheese
    milk
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Slice potatoes.
    Put in casserole in layers with onion and cheese.
    Add a little milk, not too much.
    Bake in oven about an hour or until potatoes are soft at 350\u00b0.
