Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can whole grain corn, undrained
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Mix corn and muffin mix.
    Add well-beaten eggs, onion and green pepper.
    Spoon into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with sour cream.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
