Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sugar
1 1/2 lb. corn syrup
1 pt. water
cocoa to suit taste
3/4 lb. marshmallow cream
nuts and vanilla to suit taste
Preparation

Mix and cook with lid on until it reaches 248\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
When cooked, add enough cocoa to suit taste.
Also add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla to suit taste.
Beat until thick.
