Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in pumpkin. Combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pecans in small bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture.
    Mix just until blended.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in center. Cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
    Makes 2 loaves.
