Steamed New Potatoes And Sesame Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 small new potatoes
    10 to 12 medium carrots
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, but do not peel.
    Slice thinly and place in steamer.
    Peel and cut carrots into 3-inch sticks.
    Place in steamer above potatoes.
    Steam 15 minutes, until tender.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet.
    Add sesame seed and toast until golden.
    Add 2 tablespoons of butter, honey and orange rind; blend well.
    Remove carrots from steamer; toss in sesame glaze. Remove potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
