Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. plain flour
1 c. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend butter and Crisco together.
Sift sugar, flour and baking powder together.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend dry mixture with the milk, mixing well.
Add vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
