Don'T Pare Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 fresh unpeeled pears
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Core and cut pears lengthwise.
Place cut side down in pie shell.
Beat ingredients and pour over pears.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
