Chicken Salad Or Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, diced
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 hard boiled eggs, grated
    1 1/2 c. green celery, small chopped
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    (Uncooked great for stuffed tomato salad.)
    For casserole, fill 9x13 dish.
    Cover with buttered cracker crumbs or slivered almonds.
    Best if refrigerated overnight.\tBake 40-45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Freezes well!
    Serves 10.
