Pork Chops With Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Spread rice in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix.
    Sprinkle remaining mix over rice.
    Pour hot water over rice.
    Arrange chops on top of rice mixture and sprinkle reserved onion soup mix over chops.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
