Quick Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. chopped vegetables (peppers, carrots or whatever's on hand)
1 Tbsp. oil
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In a nonstick skillet, saute 1 cup chopped vegetables in the oil until tender-crisp.
Add brown rice, cayenne pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Stir until heated through.
