Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    salt
    flour
    water
Preparation
    Mix 11 egg yolks and 1 whole egg plus 1/2 egg shell of water in large mixing bowl.
    Stir with 2 fingers.
    Add a pinch of salt.
    Add flour a little at a time until not sticky but not too stiff.
    Once you can make a ball out of it, cut in 4. Roll 1 piece; cut into squares.
    Stack, flouring between each.
    Cut thin into noodles. Separate noodles in lots of flour.
    Let dry; freeze after dried.
