Low-Fat Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent to 2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk or canned skimmed milk
    1 (No. 1) can cream-style corn, drained
    1 (No. 1) can whole kernel corn, drained
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, flour and sugar with Egg Beaters.
    Stir in milk, corn, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake in a pan of water until firm in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Can be doubled.
    I use Egg Beaters and canned evaporated skim milk to cut down on fat.
