Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. short ribs
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown ribs in heavy skillet, then arrange in a deep baking dish.
Cover with onion slices.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over onion.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally with sauce.
Serves 4.
