Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (white)
1/4 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda (baking)
2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, egg and orange juice.
Add baking powder, baking soda and flour.
Mix well and drop in muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until well done.
Makes 1 dozen.
