Texas Caviar(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can white hominy, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour on salad dressing and marinate two hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
