No Fault Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix together flour, shortening and salt.
    Mix water, vinegar and egg together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Makes 1 double pie crust.
