Cabbage Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage (medium head)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute ground beef until no longer pink. Add chopped onion and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings.
    Spread 3 cups shredded cabbage in 2-quart baking dish. Cover with meat mixture and top with remaining 3 cups cabbage. Pour undiluted tomato soup over top. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cabbage is tender (about 1 hour). Serves 4 to 6.
