Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 chopped apple
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
3 to 4 eggs, beat slightly
dash of lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 c. cream
1 pie shell
Preparation
-
Brown meat and drain.
Put into bottom of pie shell and cover with cheese.
Add apple and lemon juice.
Beat eggs and add cream and pour into pie shell covering ingredients.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
