Carne Adovado - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs. Boneless Pork chopped up
6 Tbls. (or more) New Mexican Chili powder (not just any chili powder - it's the New Mexican that makes this dish fabulous)
1 tsp. Cumin
1 Tbls. Oregano
1 Tbls. Salt
3 Tbls. Flour
Preparation

Combine all the spices in a jar and add about a cup of water and shake up. Then pour on the meat in a baking dish. Then add flour
and water to the jar, shake and stir into meat. Add more water if necessary and marinate overnight.
