Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cooked and cut in bite size pieces (save broth for rice)
    3 c. rice, cooked in 6 c. broth
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion together.
    Add chicken and rice and put in casserole dish.
    Crumble corn flakes; mix with melted butter.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Sprinkle almonds on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
