Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
    1/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Add all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered and 15 minutes more uncovered.
    Can be made a day ahead of needed time.
    Refrigerate uncooked.
    Can add, if desired, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, ham, etc.
    Great for breakfast.
