Fruit Sauce For Pineapple And Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 whole egg
    juice from pineapple
    4 or 5 bananas
    1 can chunk pineapple, drained and reserve all juice
Preparation
    Cut up bananas.
    Cook flour, sugar, salt, egg and juice on medium heat until thick; remove from stove and cool.
    When completely cool, stir into bananas and pineapple.
    Place in refrigerator and when cool and ready to serve, grate cheese on top.
    A little lemon juice on bananas keeps them from turning dark.
