Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 box graham crackers (whole, not crushed)
    1 can Dark Chocolate frostening (or Milk Chocolate)
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spray 7x12 dish with cooking spray.
    Layer crackers, 1/2 pudding mixture, crackers, remaining pudding.
    Microwave frosting until pourable and then pour over all.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Can be made two days ahead.
