Vegetarian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green bell peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 yellow squash, sliced
    1 c. each: frozen pearl onions, carrots and green beans, thawed
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes in juice
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. each thyme and garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In saucepot coated with cooking spray, cook peppers, stirring, 10 minutes or until tender.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir in yellow squash; cook 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
