Buster Bar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 gal. ice cream
    1 1/2 to 2 c. salted peanuts
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    crushed
    Oreo cookies and 1/2 cup melted margarine together; pat
    into
    a
    9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Slice ice cream and put on the crumb crust.
    Sprinkle salted peanuts on top and freeze.
